Jonathan Huffman - President

Jonathan has nearly fifteen years as an IT execuitve and has led Signal Mountain in developing and introducing innovate satellite network solutions for telemedicine, military, first response, and commercial applications. Before founding Signal Mountain in 2001, he was responsible for building Radiant Systems’ communications business for clients in entertainment, petroleum and convenience store, grocery, automotive, and food service retail vertical markets. In this role, he established relationships with leading telecommunications and equipment vendors, built and managed terrestrial and wireless networks, and directed IT consulting services. Prior to this, he was the marketing and fiduciary products manager for the Latin American division of The Chase Manhattan Private Bank. He served nine years as an officer in the United States Air Force and was awarded the Airman of the Year Commendation for United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE). He holds a B.A. in French and International Studies from Rhodes College, an M.A. in International Economics and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and technical certifications in software development from Georgia Technical Institute.

Mohammed Malique - Chief Technology Officer

Mohammed has held senior IT positions for the last 15 years. In his present role at Signal Mountain, he has designed a number of integrated satellite, terrestrial, and wireless networks for government and commercial customers worldwide. He has assembled and managed geographically and culturally diverse teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly secure networks. He is the CEO of Signal Mountain Networks Bangladesh, Ltd., and actively participates in business and charitable activities in Bangladesh. Mohammed graduated from DeVry University with a specialization in network security and he holds Cisco network administration, security and voice technical certifications.

Luis Valenzuela - Director Business Development

During Luis' ten years of experience in business development, he has held diverse positions with technology integrators. While holding those positions, he developed and managed strategic partnerships and business policies with organizations like Lockheed Martin and Equant. In addition, he has worked with emerging markets in Latin America and Europe. Since he joined Signal Mountain Networks, he has been instrumental in improving various operations and business processes that have resulted in the company's revenue growth. Through leadership and effective execution, he has successfully completed projects with the private sector, Federal Agencies, military and other government entities. In addition to being educated in his native country of Colombia, Luis has performed various studies in business, management, and aerospace from institutions such as Kennesaw State University. Luis is also involved with other organizations such as High Tech Ministries and Calvary Chapel.

Rick Daigle - Chief Financial Officer

Rick has earned an outstanding reputation for visionary business solutions and exceptional leadership in the field of Finance, IT and Operations Management/Consulting. For more than two decades, Rick has been a proven and highly successful management expert, holding key executive-level positions in Information Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Shipping and an Internet Startup. Rick is a nationally recognized authority on building software development teams, project management, crisis management, technology strategy, quality improvement, system implementations, budget creation and management, relocations and acquisition integrations, team leadership, and staff development. He holds a Computer Science degree from Louisiana State University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Small Business Accounting. He presently serves on the Board of Directors at DeKalb Technical Prep College and the Executive Committee for the MIT Enterprise Forum.
