
Jonathan Huffman
President
Jonathan has more than 20 years of experience as an IT executive and has led Signal Mountain in developing and introducing innovative satellite network solutions for defense, first response, disaster recovery, retail and oil and gas sector applications. Before founding Signal Mountain in 2001, he was responsible for building Radiant Systems’ communications business for clients in entertainment, petroleum and convenience store, grocery, automotive, and food service retail vertical markets. In this role, he established relationships with leading telecommunications and equipment vendors, built and managed terrestrial and wireless networks, and directed IT and network security consulting services. Prior to this, he was the marketing and fiduciary products manager for the Latin American division of The Chase Manhattan Private Bank. He served nine years as an officer in the United States Air Force and was awarded the Airman of the Year Commendation for United States Air Forces Europe (USAFE).
He holds a BA in French and International Studies from Rhodes College, an MA in International Economics and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and technical certifications in software development from Georgia Technical Institute.

Luis Valenzuela
Director, Project Management
Luis has more than 20 years experience in business development and has held diverse positions with a number of technology integrators. He developed and managed strategic partnerships and business policies with organizations like Lockheed Martin and Equant and has worked with emerging markets in Latin America and Europe.
Since joining Signal Mountain, he has led the company's sales program and been instrumental in designing and implementing process improvements. Luis is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has overseen a number of complex communications network projects as well as Signal Mountain's GSA contract and company security processes. In addition to undergraduate education in his native country of Colombia, Luis has studied business, management, and aerospace engineering at Kennesaw State University.
